The basics
What the portal is
The client portal is the secure online workspace where you and our team handle your taxes and accounting remotely. It lives at portal.allamericantax.com and works on any device, so you don't have to drive to an office or mail anything.
It exists because we serve clients in all 50 states from our office in Olathe, Kansas. The portal is what lets a CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent here prepare your return no matter where you live. You send us your documents, we do the work, and you review and sign — without leaving home.

Get access or log in
New clients request an invite or book a free call to get started. Once you're set up, you'll get your own secure account. Already a client? Log in at portal.allamericantax.com.
Upload your documents
Add your W-2s, 1099s, and any other tax documents through the portal. Everything stays in one place, so you and our team are always looking at the same paperwork.
Review and e-sign
When your return is ready, you review the finished work in the portal. Once it looks right, you sign electronically — no printing, no scanning, no mailing.
Message the team
Have a question along the way? Message our team directly in the portal, and your questions go to the people working on your return.
