Our story
A firm built to work ahead
Based in Olathe, in the Kansas City metro, we have run a full-service tax and accounting practice since 2003. Today we serve more than 1,200 clients in all 50 states, working remotely through a secure online portal and Google Meet review calls. You get the same firm whether you live down the road or three time zones away.
Everything is handled by people who hold real credentials. Our team is made up of licensed CPAs and IRS Enrolled Agents, which means we can represent you before the IRS, not just fill out forms. Tax planning, tax preparation, tax resolution, bookkeeping, and payroll all run through one firm, so your numbers stay connected instead of scattered across separate providers.
Most of our work is proactive. Instead of only filing what already happened, we plan ahead to lower what you owe before the year closes. For clients on a planning engagement, first-year tax savings average more than $10,000, and some save between $10,000 and $50,000. When it is time to file, typical turnaround is about 72 hours, and in some cases we can file the same day.
